Responsibilities
- Manage several concurrent projects across different departments, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution, including planning, solution development, financial oversight, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate operational workflows and business procedures to detect inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, actionable requirements
- Advance operational efficiency using process modeling, data interpretation, and gap assessment techniques
- Lead organizational change initiatives, facilitating seamless transitions and securing stakeholder support
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams for the successful integration of systems, processes, and technical solutions
- Maintain consistent stakeholder alignment through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation coordination
