Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget
- Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate existing workflows and business operations to detect inefficiencies and convert findings into clear requirements
- Advance process enhancements using process modeling, data analysis, and gap assessment techniques
- Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and secure stakeholder support
- Coordinate integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions across diverse teams
- Maintain consistent stakeholder engagement through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation alignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
- Professional background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Demonstrated success in optimizing business processes and executing operational or product changes
- Experience leading teams composed of business and technical members
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Direct experience integrating AI into products or workflows with measurable outcomes
- Skill in using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, or similar tools
