Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent projects across departments, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and financial constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution including planning, solution architecture, budget development, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate operational workflows and business functions to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear action plans
- Improve processes using modeling techniques, data interpretation, and identification of performance gaps
- Guide organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless adoption and stakeholder support
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams for the integration of systems, processes, and technology platforms
