Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across various departments, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution, including planning, solution development, financial oversight, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate operational workflows and business procedures to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, actionable requirements
- Advance process optimization using techniques such as process mapping, data evaluation, and gap assessment
- Lead organizational change initiatives, facilitating smooth adoption and securing stakeholder support
- Orchestrate collaboration among cross-functional groups to integrate systems, workflows, and technology platforms
