Responsibilities
- Manage several concurrent projects across various departments, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and defined objectives
- Take full ownership of project lifecycles, including planning, solution development, financial oversight, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate existing workflows and operational procedures to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, executable requirements
- Advance operational efficiency by applying process modeling, data-driven insights, and gap assessments
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support seamless adoption and secure stakeholder engagement
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams to integrate technology, systems, and business processes effectively
- Maintain consistent alignment with stakeholders through all phases, from initial requirement collection to ongoing progress reporting and expectation control
