Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent initiatives across departments, ensuring delivery within timeline, scope, and financial constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution, including planning, solution architecture, budgeting, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate operational workflows and business functions to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear requirements
- Advance process optimization using process mapping, data review, and gap evaluation techniques
- Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting seamless transitions and securing stakeholder support
- Orchestrate collaboration among cross-functional groups during integration of systems, procedures, and technical platforms
- Maintain consistent stakeholder alignment through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation coordination
