Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
- Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
- Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
- Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
Nice to Have
- hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
- proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
