Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent projects across departments, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and financial constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution including planning, solution development, budget oversight, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate operational workflows and business functions to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, actionable needs
- Improve processes using modeling techniques, data interpretation, and identification of performance gaps
- Lead organizational change initiatives with focus on seamless adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams during integration of technology systems, workflows, and solutions
- Maintain consistent stakeholder alignment through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation coordination
