Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for data collection initiatives from start to finish
- Administer and monitor project financial budgets
- Update clients regularly on fieldwork progress
- Identify obstacles and implement solutions to meet project deadlines
- Uphold adherence to internal Profiles and Health standards across all project phases
- Supervise daily operations for individual project execution
- Address, document, and escalate issues that could delay project delivery or increase costs
- Ensure all projects follow ISO 20252 / 26362 standards as defined in the organization’s Quality Manual and related procedures
- Follow industry regulations including BHBIA and EphMRA, along with client-specific and legal requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting
- Evaluate project materials from client services with management and flag risks to timeline, budget, or profitability
- Suggest adjustments and collaborate with client services to revise project quotes when necessary
- Lead internal kickoff meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to confirm project details, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate directly with clients to review and adjust project plans and schedules as needed
- Deliver regular status updates to clients during data collection via email or phone
- Advise panel teams on strategies to improve sample acquisition during fielding
- Guarantee on-time project delivery
- Ensure timely distribution of incentives to all participants
- Supply Finance with necessary financial data to support billing and invoicing activities
- Issue final invoices to clients upon project completion
