Responsibilities
- Manage and synchronize several concurrent initiatives across various departments, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and financial constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project planning, including solution architecture, cost estimation, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Perform detailed evaluation of operational workflows and business procedures to uncover efficiency improvements and convert insights into defined project needs
- Advance business process enhancements using investigative techniques, process mapping, quantitative analysis, and assessment of current versus desired states
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all stages, from collecting requirements to sharing updates, outcomes, and managing expectations
- Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting seamless adoption and active stakeholder involvement during transitions
- Collaborate with diverse functional groups to enable effective alignment of business systems, processes, and technological tools
