Enterprise Electrical is hiring a Senior Project Manager (Houston, TX)

Responsibilities

  • Direct the delivery of major, multifaceted projects or several simultaneous initiatives, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, timelines, and financial targets
  • Manage financial outcomes for individual projects or portfolios, including creating budgets, forecasting, maximizing margins, and mitigating financial risks
  • Design and execute strategic plans for project and program delivery, covering workflow sequencing, logistics, team structure, and resource allocation across multiple areas
  • Act as the principal liaison with clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders at the executive level; cultivate and sustain long-term client partnerships
  • Lead contract planning and oversight, including negotiations, risk assessment, and resolution of complex change orders, claims, and conflicts
  • Implement financial management and cost control measures, focusing on efficiency gains, cost recovery, and safeguarding profitability
  • Supervise procurement strategies for critical equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers, particularly high-cost or long-lead-time items
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project management staff and teams; support professional growth and build internal capacity
  • Coordinate with field operations, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, service, and support units to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and proactively address enterprise-wide risks, including operational, financial, contractual, and client-related exposures
  • Produce and deliver executive-level performance reports covering project status, financial results, risk factors, and strategic insights
  • Contribute to business development by uncovering new opportunities, engaging in proposal efforts, and supporting client retention and expansion initiatives
  • Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all projects and promote organizational standards and best practices
  • Manage project closeout, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction
