Responsibilities
- Manage one or more large-scale, multifaceted projects involving diverse communication streams and significant organizational visibility.
- Define and track project scope, goals, and deliverables by converting business, clinical, or technical needs into executable strategies within an agile environment.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle activities, ensuring consistency with company objectives and scheduled timelines.
- Collaborate regularly with internal experts and cross-functional groups including sales, operations, compliance, product, and development teams to define project requirements and interdependencies.
- Engage daily with product leads and development squads to ensure clear communication, accurate progress tracking, and accountability for task completion.
- Act as a primary connector between business units and technical teams, fostering transparency and mutual responsibility.
- Guide and supervise Associate Project Managers and entry-level team members, supporting their professional growth and performance.
- Maintain ongoing, transparent communication with stakeholders and executive leaders through routine updates, dashboards, and formal presentations.
- Identify potential project risks early, evaluate impacts, and implement mitigation measures, including presenting response plans to leadership and clients.
- Represent project status and direction in external client meetings, managing expectations and delivering strategic updates.
- Implement and manage project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to support agile processes and task oversight.
- Ensure all project outputs meet defined quality benchmarks, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Enhance project management practices by integrating feedback and post-project reviews.
- Uphold compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct, including reporting any observed violations.

- Proactively detect, evaluate, and address risks, presenting mitigation approaches to leadership and clients.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices by applying insights and enhancing PMO standards.
Leadership Track
- Focus on leading complex initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, and shaping project management standards across the organization.
- Lead highly intricate, cross-functional programs, aligning them with enterprise priorities and long-term objectives.
- Act as a key bridge between business and technical stakeholders, promoting clarity, accountability, and informed decision-making.
- Anticipate and manage risks proactively, presenting strategies and influencing outcomes with senior leaders and clients.
- Coach and develop project managers, while advancing PMO practices, refining processes, and driving organization-wide improvements.
