Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-project learning initiatives
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths using Microsoft Project
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish project scope, key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Control scope changes and manage trade-offs to maintain delivery predictability
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and client leadership teams
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among design, subject matter experts, media, quality assurance, technology, and delivery groups
- Facilitate governance meetings, progress reviews, and executive-level status updates
- Proactively identify potential risks and escalate with contextual analysis and proposed solutions
- Plan and balance resource allocation across multiple simultaneous programs
- Forecast capacity limitations and address them before impacting project timelines
- Resolve delivery obstacles through reprioritization, schedule adjustments, or escalation
- Guide team members in execution rigor and proven delivery methodologies
- Ensure all outputs align with learning goals and meet established quality benchmarks
- Manage review cycles, integrate feedback, and oversee formal sign-off procedures
- Foster trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and reliability
- Support recovery planning and implementation of corrective actions when issues arise
- Deliver accurate performance reporting, forecasts, and analysis of variances
- Manage project budgets, track utilization, and oversee effort reporting
- Ensure billing accuracy and support governance documentation
- Contribute to performance dashboards and leadership reporting
- Enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and operational models
- Promote effective practices in planning and risk mitigation
- Use automation and data insights to increase delivery predictability and efficiency
- Mentor less experienced project managers and support professional development within the project management team
