Four Hands is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, large-scale initiatives independently from initiation through completion, covering planning, resource coordination, scheduling, implementation, and final delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans including charters, scope definitions, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and staffing requirements
  • Proactively monitor and manage scope changes, anticipate risks, and create mitigation strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships across internal departments and external collaborators essential to project outcomes
  • Serve as the primary connector between project teams, cross-functional departments, outside partners, and senior leadership to align goals, schedules, and expectations
  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, and time allocation while adapting to shifting project demands
  • Analyze affected business operations and lead efforts to streamline and modernize processes
  • Design and implement thorough communication strategies tailored to all stakeholder groups
  • Assist in managing organizational change by creating standardized policies and protocols across project stages
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to confirm business goals were met and uncover areas for future improvement
  • Apply expertise, creativity, and sound judgment to make informed decisions, even with incomplete data
  • Offer informal coaching and support to junior project managers
  • Contribute to additional Strategic Program Management efforts as required
  • Perform additional responsibilities as determined by skills and experience
