Responsibilities
- Process engineering planning and concept development for industrial plants
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects
- Monitor compliance with applicable practices, performance standards and specifications
- Perform overall quality control of the work related to the assigned project/s (budget, schedule, plans, contractors/project members performance) and report regularly on project status
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Interact daily with the clients (internal/external) to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Participation in assembly monitoring and plant commissioning
- Create safety considerations and risk analyses
- Execute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studies
- Manage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers
Requirements
- Completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar areas
- Solid experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and teams and an advanced level of project management and supervision skills
- Enjoy working in a team and with people from different disciplines
- Fluent level of English and German language skills is mandatory
