OptiPlay is hiring a Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the full lifecycle of slot game development, from initial ideation and requirements collection through to launch
• Manage project timelines, key milestones, interdependencies, and daily execution across several concurrent game projects
• Coordinate processes between design and engineering teams to maintain alignment and consistent progress
• Anticipate and address production delays by adjusting workflows to maintain efficiency
• Oversee the release pipeline, maintain delivery schedules, and ensure all games meet established deadlines
• Produce concise progress summaries, deliver stakeholder reports, and monitor critical performance indicators for project delivery
