Responsibilities
- Participate in early-stage MEP design and evaluate practicality of construction methods.
- Verify design adherence to legal and regulatory standards and track timely approval acquisition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams for integrated services planning.
- Oversee contractor submission and approval of shop drawings.
- Ensure site implementation follows approval conditions in a timely and structured sequence.
- Implement service installations according to design documents, specifications, and project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Support vendor and local material supplier selection in alignment with client-approved procurement procedures.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment for all building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
- Manage project handover processes, confirming completion per vendor agreements and collection of operation manuals, test reports, and as-built documentation.
- Organize training sessions for the takeover team delivered by contractors and consultants.
