Best Buy Canada Ltd. is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator - Commercial Sales

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects between external partners and internal teams including merchandising, operations and other internal departments
  • Conduct store visits to track progress, deficiencies, and assist external partners with any issues that arise
  • Prepare project timelines, critical path, and stakeholder planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the planning and execution of projects
  • Prepare deficiency lists and coordinate with internal teams to resolve deficiencies
  • Maintain project charter to track project process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management/coordination experience
  • 3+ years of experience in directly leading projects
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
