Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects between external partners and internal teams including merchandising, operations and other internal departments
- Conduct store visits to track progress, deficiencies, and assist external partners with any issues that arise
- Prepare project timelines, critical path, and stakeholder planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the planning and execution of projects
- Prepare deficiency lists and coordinate with internal teams to resolve deficiencies
- Maintain project charter to track project process
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management/coordination experience
- 3+ years of experience in directly leading projects
- Strong knowledge of process improvement
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
