About the Role

Manage project controls for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project control systems and processes.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and review project budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to project team members on project control tools and processes.
  • Manage project documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Participate in project reviews and audits.
  • Support the development of project management policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project financials.
  • Support the development of project control dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support the development of project control training programs.
  • Conduct data analysis to support project decision-making.
  • Ensure project controls are integrated with other project management processes.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with specific project management software.
