Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide cybersecurity initiatives within the organization's global information security office.
- Create, refine, and monitor key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to identify needs, set priorities, and implement technical solutions.
- Communicate intricate security issues and proposed resolutions to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 to shape risk management approaches.
- Develop plans to address risks, prepare for potential disruptions, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Take full ownership of programs, demonstrating initiative and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
