NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Program Manager – Operations to manage processes, material readiness, and build schedules for system level 6 and 8 manufacturing in Guadalajara, Mexico with Contract Manufacturers. You will be accountable for driving factory Mass Production teams and leading cross-functional meetings in a diverse, supportive environment tapping into the unlimited potential of AI.
What You'll Do
- Manage and communicate processes, material readiness, and build schedule exercises, reporting status back to the larger team at headquarters.
- Drive factory Mass Production teams to efficiently and effectively check BOM and ECO implementation.
- Lead and facilitate MP meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering during process development, pilot, and ramp-up.
- Help with internal process improvements by removing gaps across multiple teams and functions.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering.
- 12+ years of CM or ODM Server product project management experience.
- A deep understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.
- The ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
- Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project or process documentation.
- Strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven organization and efficiency in time-management, capable of multi-tasking, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- A proven track record in Program or Project Management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology).
Team & Environment
You will work directly with Contract Manufacturers and lead cross-functional teams including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

This position is onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico.
