About the Role
This position is responsible for managing complex brand design programs, coordinating with creative teams and stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple workstreams to maintain brand consistency and impact.
Responsibilities

- Develop detailed timelines and track progress across milestones

- Ensure brand standards are maintained across deliverables
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Organize and lead regular status meetings
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Support creative reviews and feedback cycles
- Track resource allocation and utilization
- Monitor budget adherence for design initiatives
- Drive process improvements in program workflows
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Work closely with external agencies when applicable
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans
- Gather and report on program performance metrics
- Align initiatives with global brand objectives
- Support leadership with presentations and updates
- Manage version control for design assets
- Coordinate localization efforts for international markets
- Ensure compliance with legal and trademark guidelines
- Integrate accessibility standards into design processes
- Promote collaboration between distributed teams
