Responsibilities
- Create and oversee project schedules for workforce programs, ensuring they support organizational goals and deadlines.
- Predict staffing needs by analyzing labor market trends and internal data.
- Establish and sustain talent pipelines through collaborations with academic institutions and industry groups.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Units, and Operations to deliver recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
- Work with marketing teams to strengthen employer branding and organize talent engagement activities.
- Monitor project progress, report on key performance metrics, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Improve resource distribution and lead continuous process improvement efforts.
