ICF Incorporated, LLC is hiring a Senior Program Business Analyst (New Mexico REMOTE)

As a Senior Program Business Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing public health initiatives funded by state or federal agencies. Working remotely within New Mexico, you'll lead analytical efforts to monitor program performance, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical and operational tasks supporting large-scale health programs, ensuring alignment with funding mandates.
  • Design and manage recurring reports, dashboards, and documentation that meet strict compliance standards.
  • Verify consistency between financial and performance data to support audit-ready reporting.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, strategic insights for leadership and external partners.
  • Enhance tracking systems for grants, deliverables, and procurement activities to improve accountability.
  • Identify risks, gaps in documentation, or process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support audit readiness and governance processes in highly regulated environments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines and implementation milestones.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, business analytics, economics, or a related field is required. You must bring at least four years of experience supporting public-sector programs, healthcare initiatives, or grant-funded projects. Proven ability to develop structured reports, reconcile data, and manage multiple priorities independently is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in state or federal health programs, particularly those involving Medicaid, rural health services, or safety-net providers.

This role is remote, based in New Mexico, with occasional travel (up to 25%) as needed. Compensation & Benefits
