Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the strategic direction and value-based roadmap for the ERP product.
- Develop and refine end-to-end ERP delivery workflows, covering demand intake, project execution, and release planning.
- Coach and support junior project leads to strengthen delivery consistency and organizational capability.
- Align ERP project outcomes with overarching architectural standards and product strategy goals.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external ERP partners to ensure integrated solutions.
