Higharc is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement assets, such as one-pagers, product presentations, demo videos, and use case guides to strengthen sales pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure consistent, effective product messaging across all customer-facing channels.
  • Design scalable, audience-specific playbooks for product education and targeted marketing efforts to accelerate lead conversion.
  • Lead cross-functional training sessions and workshops to introduce new product features, updates, and strategic positioning.
  • Drive the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
  • Establish product positioning and core messaging frameworks that connect with key customer personas and emphasize value propositions.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams during feature launches, aligning product, marketing, and sales functions for unified communication.
  • Develop persuasive product narratives used across marketing platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and public relations.
  • Adapt and distribute product content into various formats to boost engagement on digital channels such as LinkedIn, email, and webinars.
  • Support the development of content strategies tailored to each stage of the buyer journey to nurture leads and shorten sales cycles.
  • Lead website strategy and execution as a primary tool for customer engagement and sales conversion.
  • Partner with product and design teams to enhance user experience, refine product pages, and manage product-related content.
  • Execute on-page SEO tactics to improve search visibility and grow organic website traffic.
  • Lead experimentation efforts and analyze web analytics to improve conversion rates and user interaction.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly assess marketing performance data to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to guide marketing and content strategies.
