Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for B2B payment systems and financing offerings, with increasing focus on new SaaS capabilities for home improvement contractors.
- Create distinct product positioning and messaging for payment processing, financial operations, and business management tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to align product direction with market needs and commercial goals.
- Support initial go-to-market planning for emerging SaaS products, including messaging, positioning, and launch preparation.
- Drive cross-functional product launches and adoption initiatives for payment and financing solutions, including new features and programs.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to design integrated campaigns across customer lifecycle stages, demand generation, and ongoing communications.
- Iterate and improve messaging, distribution channels, and engagement tactics to increase product adoption, usage, and revenue outcomes.
- Equip Sales and Account teams with messaging guides, presentation materials, competitive analysis, customer resources, and training content.
- Support customer acquisition, onboarding, and expansion strategies by tailoring messaging to contractors, SMBs, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
- Work with Sales to refine ideal customer profiles, lead qualification standards, and funnel strategies across payment, financing, and SaaS product lines.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to product adoption, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue growth driven by product-led initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign and product performance data to generate insights and improve go-to-market effectiveness over time.
- Promote data-informed decision-making throughout product marketing activities and cross-functional initiatives.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of how home improvement professionals handle payments, financing, and daily business operations.
- Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors to shape product positioning and influence product development priorities.
- Turn research findings into practical recommendations for Product, Growth, and leadership teams.
