Xsolla is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and execution for our Advertising & Rewards product suite. This role sits at the intersection of gaming, commerce, and advertising technology, driving growth for this critical business vertical.
What You'll Do
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for Xsolla's Advertising & Rewards platform.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
- Analyze market trends and user data to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful products.
- Develop and track key success metrics to measure product health and business impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on advertising technology, AdTech, or performance marketing products.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them into detailed requirements and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Nice to Have
- Background in the gaming industry or working with gaming-related products.
- Experience with rewards platforms, loyalty programs, or incentive-based marketing.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems and related technologies.
