Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders and department heads to shape the strategic direction of new tools and solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Convert high-level business goals into concrete product initiatives that align technology with operational needs.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial research and requirement definition to deployment, integration into workflows, and ongoing refinement.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to maintain clear communication, shared understanding, and consistent progress.
- Evaluate current workflows to uncover opportunities for automation and lead the implementation of efficient, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, and engineers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized projects or specific phases of product development.
