Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to shape the strategic direction of new tools and solutions that support business goals
- Convert high-level business objectives into clear, executable product initiatives that integrate technical feasibility with organizational priorities
- Manage end-to-end product development, including ideation, requirement definition, deployment, integration into operations, and ongoing refinement
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring consistent communication, shared understanding, and alignment throughout the product journey
- Evaluate current workflows to detect inefficiencies, uncover automation potential, and deploy scalable solutions
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, and engineers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized initiatives or specific phases of product development
