Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders and department leaders to shape the vision for new tools and solutions that support business objectives
- Convert high-level strategic objectives into practical product initiatives that align technology with organizational goals
- Manage end-to-end product development, from initial research and requirement collection to launch, integration into operations, and ongoing refinement
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout the product journey
- Evaluate current workflows to find opportunities for automation and deploy efficient, scalable solutions
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, and engineers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized initiatives or specific phases of product development
