Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to shape the strategic direction of new tools and solutions that support business goals
- Convert high-level business objectives into clear product initiatives that balance technical feasibility with organizational priorities
- Manage the complete product journey, from initial research and requirement definition to deployment, integration into operations, and ongoing refinement
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure consistent understanding, alignment, and open communication
- Evaluate current workflows to uncover opportunities for automation and deploy practical, scalable solutions
- Work closely with analysts, designers, and engineers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized initiatives or product phases as required
