Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to shape the strategic direction of new products that support organizational objectives
- Convert high-level business goals into clear product initiatives that match technology capabilities with market needs
- Manage end-to-end product development, including ideation, requirement analysis, deployment, integration into workflows, and ongoing improvement
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to maintain clear communication and shared understanding throughout the product journey
- Evaluate current operational workflows to find and execute opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
- Work closely with analysts, designers, and developers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized projects or phases as required
