Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders and department heads to shape the strategic direction of new tools and solutions that support business objectives
- Convert high-level business goals into tangible product initiatives by aligning technology capabilities with organizational priorities
- Lead end-to-end product development, from initial research and requirement definition to deployment, integration into workflows, and ongoing refinement
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication, shared understanding, and consistent progress
- Evaluate current operational workflows to uncover opportunities for automation and deploy efficient, scalable solutions
- Work jointly with business analysts, designers, and engineers, while also managing specialized initiatives or product phases independently when required
