Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to establish and convey the strategic direction for new tools and systems that improve organizational performance.
- Convert high-level business objectives into concrete product initiatives that align technology development with core business needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial research and requirement definition through deployment, integration into operations, and ongoing refinement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout project execution.
- Evaluate current workflows to detect inefficiencies and drive process enhancements through automation and redesign.
- Work alongside product designers, engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and independently manage specialized or short-term initiatives.
