Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy across multiple teams, guiding initiatives from initial concept through to launch
- Collaborate with engineering and design to develop and refine detailed product specifications
- Collect, assess, and confirm requirements in partnership with key stakeholders
- Monitor bugs and feature improvements, set priorities, and maintain clear visibility into product status
- Orchestrate customer implementation plans and provide consistent, clear updates
- Create comprehensive release documentation and oversee support service level agreements
- Partner with engineering, design, support, and project management to monitor progress, eliminate obstacles, and meet delivery timelines
- Foster cross-team cooperation to ensure features are cohesively integrated across the full product portfolio
