Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the long-term vision, strategy, and product roadmap for a robust, scalable data infrastructure ready for AI workloads.
- Develop tools and systems that streamline how data is collected, transformed, governed, and used across the platform.
- Advance data architecture to support real-time analytics, artificial intelligence, and large-scale personalization.
- Define product direction for data quality, metadata management, observability, governance, and system reliability.
- Operate at the core of the data ecosystem, influencing decisions on data ingestion, storage, schema design, and query capabilities.
- Guide the strategic evolution of data connectivity, balancing innovation with system stability.
- Evaluate tradeoffs between feature consistency, platform-wide standards, and unique product advancements.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for customer needs within internal teams.
- Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other product managers to deliver high-impact products.
- Analyze customer profiles and workflows to define accurate product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Create detailed use cases and establish product specifications to support new functionality and improvements.
- Document customer requirements and product behaviors thoroughly and accurately.
- Study market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovative features.
