Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction, prioritization, and rollout of analytics features such as dashboards, KPIs, and integrated insights across multiple clinical software products.
- Gain deep insight into the needs of clinical and operational users to build analytics solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
- Turn high-level business objectives into executable product plans by working closely with technology, informatics, and data analytics teams.
- Explore and apply generative AI where appropriate to speed up insight generation, improve data interaction, and make analytics tools more intuitive for medical professionals.
- Define and monitor product-specific OKRs and KPIs to ensure analytics initiatives deliver tangible value to customers and the business.
- Collaborate on efforts related to data integration, modeling, and governance to ensure analytics are based on accurate, trustworthy data sources.
- Partner with commercial, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch analytics offerings, drive user adoption, and highlight their impact.
- Advocate for analytics priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader product and company strategies.
- Track advancements in healthcare analytics, technology, and regulations to keep product capabilities innovative, compliant, and ahead of market demands.
