Responsibilities
- Define and lead the full product lifecycle, from vision to execution, collaborating with data, design, engineering, and marketing teams to grow organic traffic channels.
- Launch and refine product experiences that boost customer success and expand business scale.
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to uncover opportunities and shape product direction.
- Focus on user needs and behaviors to build personalized, high-impact solutions that drive engagement.
- Work across teams to deliver product improvements and new features on schedule with measurable results.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to increase conversion, engagement, and retention rates.
- Ensure customer outcomes remain central in all product decisions and priorities.
- Guide and support junior product managers, promoting professional development and inclusive teamwork.
