Responsibilities

  • Create intuitive user experiences that feel immediately recognizable to users, advancing standards in agentic user experience and financial process design.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end customer outcomes by uncovering user needs, validating designs with real users, and collaborating closely with product and engineering to drive implementation and post-launch success.
  • Design with a systems mindset, prioritizing scalable patterns and modular components that support rapid iteration and long-term vision without sacrificing speed.
  • Engage stakeholders early through prototypes, user insights, and data to build consensus around product direction and strategic goals.
