Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle — from discovery and concept development to final handoff and iteration.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design and deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences.
- Produce design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Ensure design consistency across products while maintaining flexibility for innovation.
- Partner with engineering during implementation to resolve edge cases and uphold design quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping platforms.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience leveraging data to inform design decisions, including A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
