As a Senior Product Designer focused on Player Experience, you'll play a key role in crafting seamless, intuitive interfaces for sportsbook platforms used by bettors worldwide. Your work will directly influence how users interact with the product, ensuring experiences are both engaging and easy to navigate across web and mobile environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design clear, user-friendly flows and interfaces that respond to the needs of both new and experienced players.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and analysts to define requirements and translate insights into functional design solutions.
- Conduct research, analyze behavioral data, and apply findings to improve usability and long-term engagement.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that reflect brand integrity and product goals.
- Support development teams during implementation, ensuring design fidelity and consistency.
- Iterate based on A/B test outcomes, user feedback, and performance metrics to continuously refine the experience.
- Help evolve and maintain the design system to ensure cohesive patterns across platforms.
- Monitor trends in sports betting UX and adapt best practices to keep the product ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in product or UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact.
- Experience in the online gambling or iGaming space, with understanding of player motivations and regulatory constraints.
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of design at various stages of the product lifecycle.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across disciplines.
- Ability to simplify complex interactions into intuitive, accessible designs.
- Skill in forming testable hypotheses and using data—from heatmaps to user interviews—to guide decisions.
- Clear communication skills, with confidence in presenting and justifying design choices.
Work Environment
This role supports a hybrid model, with team hubs in Malta, Stockholm, and Katowice. You’ll be expected to spend two days per week in office for collaboration, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. Up to 40 days annually can be spent working remotely from any location.
