About the Role
This position involves leading the design of digital products from concept to launch, ensuring usability and alignment with business goals through user research and iterative design.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product features
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams during implementation
- Advocate for user needs across the organization
- Refine design systems for consistency and scalability
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Gather and incorporate feedback from usability testing
- Iterate on designs based on data and user insights
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all deliverables
- Balance user goals with technical and business constraints
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Drive design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams
- Translate research findings into actionable design improvements
- Define interaction patterns for new and existing features
- Support the creation of user journey maps and service blueprints
- Contribute to product strategy discussions
- Maintain documentation of design decisions and rationale
- Evaluate third-party tools and design software for team adoption
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding new design talent
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams when needed
- Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
