Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to shape product experience strategy, aligning user needs and business goals into actionable UX direction for core user types and processes
- Guide end-to-end UX/UI design efforts from ideation to launch, delivering high-quality, accessible, and production-viable design solutions
- Perform and interpret user research to validate design choices through real-world usage, transforming findings into product improvements
- Maintain and expand the design system and brand standards, ensuring uniformity across platforms and supporting marketing, onboarding, and sales initiatives
- Serve as a senior design leader across teams, partnering with Engineering and stakeholders to influence product decisions and elevate design excellence
- Develop design assets and materials for brand, sales, and internal teams to support product communication and go-to-market efforts
- Produce designs and prototypes using industry-standard tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
