About the Role
This role involves shaping the future of a core product used by doctors, with a focus on improving engagement and long-term satisfaction. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, prototype solutions, and measure impact over time.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key features within the doctor-facing platform
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problem spaces
- Conduct user research to uncover friction points in current workflows
- Translate insights into intuitive interface improvements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Advocate for user needs during planning and execution phases
- Iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Own the visual and interaction language of assigned product areas
- Partner with data teams to interpret user behavior patterns
- Design with scalability and consistency in mind across the platform
- Present concepts and solutions to stakeholders at various levels
- Refine onboarding and re-engagement flows to improve retention
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all deliverables
- Maintain design system components relevant to the portal
- Drive design decisions with empathy and user-centered principles
