What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for new onchain product concepts, from ideation to launch, across web and mobile platforms.
- Establish and uphold high design standards, influencing stakeholders to prioritize quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content specialists to create cohesive, data-informed experiences.
- Develop visual language and design systems that reflect the complexity and innovation of blockchain technology.
- Use analytics and user insights to refine designs, anticipate trends, and guide long-term product evolution.
- Lead design critiques, offering constructive feedback while continuously improving team output.
- Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver practical yet visionary solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in leading 0→1 product design projects in crypto, fintech, or blockchain environments.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum and decentralized workflows, including wallets, smart contracts, and transaction flows.
- Experience designing for financial products such as trading interfaces, derivatives, or professional trading platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, user-centered design, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for users while aligning with strategic goals.
- Comfort mentoring peers and elevating design culture through collaboration and feedback.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote, global environment.
