Requirements
- End-to-end product design experience across complex, web-based digital products
- Proven ability to design intuitive, accessible, and elegant UIs with deep attention to craft
- Experience working in fast-paced product teams, ideally in early-stage or startup environments
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers in a trio environment
- Skilled in discovery methods - user research, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas fast
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-autonomy environment
- Mastery of Figma, with experience setting up reusable components, structured design systems, and clean handoff to dev
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance speed, creativity or cross-functional workflows (e.g. Figma plugins, Bolt, Claude, Cursor)
- Comfort working across disciplines and stepping into product thinking when needed
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A creative thinker who’s curious, resourceful, and passionate about solving real user problems with clarity and speed
