Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of user experience design within a specific product domain
- Advance the evolution and adoption of the design system
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features
- Deliver design artifacts in the most effective format for collaboration, such as annotated user flows, interactive prototypes, AI-assisted specifications, or Figma files
- Guarantee design-to-engineering handoffs are accurate, thorough, and aligned with system standards
- Tackle complex product challenges and deliver intuitive, elegant solutions
- Shape the user experience of AI-driven capabilities including predictive insights, generative content, and proactive suggestions
- Ensure transparency and trustworthiness in AI features to meet enterprise customer expectations
- Use user research and product data to identify needs and assess design effectiveness
- Engage directly with users and run rapid experiments to accelerate learning
- Align with product, engineering, and stakeholders on strategic direction
- Manage the end-to-end design partnership within a dedicated product area
- Expand and refine the design system over time
- Promote consistent patterns and reuse across the product ecosystem
- Exchange constructive feedback with fellow designers to elevate team output
