As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead end-to-end initiatives that bridge user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Your work will directly influence product strategy, roadmap planning, and the evolution of scalable design solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify strategic opportunities and define problem spaces through research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop clear, actionable insights from user studies and translate them into user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
- Lead design from discovery through delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to build shared understanding and drive progress.
- Mentor fellow designers, fostering a culture of curiosity, shared ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for user-centered decision-making, challenging assumptions with empathy and evidence.
- Contribute to and evolve the Design System to support scalability and coherent user experiences.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain momentum without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital platforms.
- Proven background in marketplace design and complex B2B ecosystems.
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing detailed design work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
