Responsibilities
- Lead product development from start to finish by collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify challenges, explore potential solutions, and deliver final products.
- Develop and refine user flows and interactions using AI-powered tools like Cursor and Claude Code, then collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are production-viable.
- Refine tested concepts in Figma, ensuring comprehensive state representation, consistency with design systems, and readiness for development.
- Help establish and evolve the product design function as the second hire in the discipline, contributing foundational practices and processes.
Compensation
The starting annual salary for this role ranges from $124,950 to $202,000 USD.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role with primary locations in New York, NY and San Mateo, CA.

Small, hands-on team emphasizing ownership and foundational contributions.
